| The Board of Directors of crew B.O.S. Product Limited('Company")
thank the investing public for their overwhelming response to the Public Offer of Equity
Shares of the Company which opened for subscription on August 19, 2004 and closed on
August 27, 2004. The Net Offer to the public was 35,00,724 equity shares after the
promoters contribution of 5,00,000 equity shares. The Company has received 4,754 valid
applications for a total of 64,66,650 shares resulting in over subscription of 1.85
times.The Basis of Allotment was finalized on September 16, 2004 in consultation with The
Stock Exchange, Mumbai (BSE). Allotments have been made on proportionate basis within the
specified categories, rounded of to the nearest integer subject to a minimum allotment of
150 equity shares per applicant. The Board of Directors have the allotted the equity
shares at their meeting held on September 16, 2004 as per details given below : |
| 1) Retail Category (Individual Investors applying upto 1350
shares) The Company has received 4,640 valid application for a total of
36,45,000 Equity Shares resulting in 2.08 times over subscription in the category.
Allotment of shares inthe category of 150 shares has been made on the basis of draw of
lots.The number of shares allotted in this category is 17,56,680. The details of

The Company has received 114 valid applications for a totoal of 28,21,650 Equity Shares
resulting in over subscription of 1.61 times. Allotments have been made to applicants in
proportion to the inverse of the subscription ratio, rounded off to the nearest integer
and the number of shares allotted in this category is 17,44,044.
Despatch of Refund Orders and electronic credit of shares to the
beneficiary account of allottees with CDSL/NSDL has been completed by September 20, 2004.
Crew B.O.S. Products Limited has submitted listing applications to the The
Stock Exchange, Mumbai and National Stock Exchange on September 21, 2004.
