BASIS OF ALLOTMENT

The Board of Directors thank the investors for the overwhelming response to the Company's Initial Public Offering of shares. The Issue received 165111 valid applications for 146278500 equity, shares resulting in 44.33 times subscription. The details of the valid applications received in the Issue from Retail and Non Institutional Investor categories are as under:

The Basis of Allotment was finalized in consultation with Bombay Stock Exchange Limited ( BSE) on October 28, 2005.

A. Allocation to Retail Investors
The Basis of Allocation to the Retail Individual Investors was finalized in consultation with BSE. The category was oversubscribed by 44.33 Times. The total number of shares allotted in this category is 2560350 Equity Shares. The category-wise details of the Basis of Allocation are as under:

B. Allocation to Non Institutional Investors
The Basis of Allocation to the Non institutional investors was finalized in consultation with BSE. The category was oversubscribed by 44.33 times. The total number of shares allotted in this category is 740576 Equity Shares. The category-wise details of the Basis of Allocation are as under:

All the applicants in 2850, 5550, 5700, 5850 and 6150 shares onwards category have been given firm allotment on proportionate basis inverse to the over-subscription ratio.

The Board of Directors of the Company at it's Meeting held at Mumbai on October 28, 2005 has approved the basis of allotment. The dispatch of Refund Orders has been completed as on November 02, 2005 to the address of the investors as registered with the depositories. In case the same is not received within ten days, investors may contact at the address given below. The Refund Orders have been printed with the Bank Mandate details as registered, if any, with the depositories. The shares allocated to successful applicants are credited to their beneficiary accounts subject to validation of the account details with the depositories concerned. The company is taking steps to get the equity shares admitted for trading on Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited within seven working days from the date of approval of the basis of allocation.
